Problems with the kidneys and the excretory system
Infectious illnesses of the kidneys must be resolved within the framework of the overall infection. The use of Virovet, Renovet and Kingvet can be considered.
Non-infectious problems of the excretory system initially manifest themselves in the greying of the fur, joint problems and afflictions of the back (hunching, an unwillingness to move). The preparation for regeneration is essential, because there is an entire range of symptoms affecting the most varied organs. The preparation involves strengthening the ability to metabolise the metabolism’s toxic products using Regavet and it is sometimes suitable to add Cytovet. The actual regeneration using Renovet can commence once the hepatic tissue is fully functional. This reduces the load on the kidneys and the regeneration takes place much more quickly and with a permanent effect. It is necessary to maintain at least a 5-day pause between the administration of Regavet and Renovet. It is never possible to administer these two preparations simultaneously. Not only would the regeneration be negligible, but there would mainly be the risk of a very strong reaction which could also be dangerous for the animal.
